Although in many cases their situation is quite precarious, children are the joy and the future of their countries.
Traveling through some countries where the economic situation does not allow a minimum level of social welfare for its people, and human rights are in some cases very precarious or non-existent, it is common to see children working or begging on the streets. In many cases, parents prefer that their children are in the street begging to the tourists instead of going to school, because that provides money to the family. This situation makes children leave aside any options for improving their future, thus closing the cycle of poverty and the underdevelopment. However amazes me the joy that reflect their faces, and the desire to know that is hiding behind their glances.
